Hibernation Mode

Hibernation Mode is $9.99/month but billed in 3 month increments ($29.97) on a 3 month recurring schedule.

During this time, you'll lose access to your account, but we'll save your data for when you return to Tax Nitro. This mode is generally utilized by those who run seasonal businesses, or those who may be temporarily stepping away from Tax Nitro for a few months at a time. If you return prior to the 3 month commitment, you'll get a pro-rated refund.

Tax Nitro accounts are only able to request hibernation mode once per calendar year and the billing and effects take place within 72 hours of submission. You'll be notified by email once your account is updated.

When switching to Hibernation Mode we need to know if you wish to keep or release your phone number.

Keeping your phone number is subject to $2.30/month charge. Additionally, if you have successfully completed your A2P on your account there is an additional cost of $1-$12/month (charges are depending on how your business is structured).

Any incoming texts or calls during that time are subject to our text and call rates. You will be automatically billed if your text and call credits fall below $0 in order to maintain that number.

If your text and call credits do not maintain a positive balance you will be alerted via email to update your card on file. If no response is given your phone number will be forfeit and unrecoverable.

A2P Registration:

If you've completed your A2P Registration and are approved, the monthly charges set by the Telephone Campaign Registry (TCR) to maintain that status can vary depending on how your business is structured. Typically, most businesses are charged $1.65 per month (but can be as high as $12), whether you have a phone number or not.

Billing Terms:

Hibernation Mode takes effect within 72 hours (or sooner depending on when you submit this form) and is billed every 3 months at $29.97 on a recurring schedule until you cancel your subscription or return to Tax Nitro.

If you were recently just rebilled and want to utilize your account until near the end of your current billing period, please return to this form and complete it at least 72 hours prior to your next upcoming rebill date.
